There are annual meetings you must attend if your nation has signed the treaty. There are two different meetings. One of the meetings is the A.T.C.M.(Antarctic treaty consultative meeting)and the C.E.P.(Committee of environmental protection). S.C.A.R. watches over both committees, that are held annually. Many unions want to claim land to get stronger, but they do not want to attend to the annual meetings or sign the treaty. However many people decline the meetings even though it helps a lot.
